Long time customer, a must visit each time in SEA! Ever since I had lived in the Seattle area in 2007, I would skip the "other bao (humbow)" on the street level of the market for this one. I've even brought back pastry boxes of bao with me on the plane to Alaska when I traveled home. It is THAT GOOD! Worth the trip down into what I call the underbelly of Pike's. It's truly a hidden treasure! Try the BBQ pork bao/humbow, you'll thank me later!

Great restaurant in Pike Place Market with nice views of the sound and great service. All of the food here was great. The sesame beef had a great flavor of orange and went well with the steamed rice. The Hot and Sour soup was just the right amount of spice and balanced well with a vinegar after taste. The Crab Rangoons were packed full and fried to a crispy golden brown. To balance it all a Tsing Tao beer was great to wash it all down. Can't wait to come back and try more dishes.

I only ordered the BBQ Pork Stick. It was ok. The pork was not too tough and not too soft. The sauce was ok. The server was polite. The view is amazing.

Service was quick. She took our order and the food came out several minutes later nice and hot! Everything was perfectly cook. Food was freshly made to order but the sauté Chinese broccoli and seafood soup was slightly salty for my taste. Chow fun was slightly bland but it balance so it's not too bad. It's one star shy due to the setting. It a small restaurant located in a weird corner so the restaurant setup is limited. I wish there was more air circulation. It can be tight in there if they do get busy. It's a mom/pop restaurant with authentic flavors. I would go back and recommended if you are looking for some fresh cook Chinese foods.
